My name is Cassandra. I am an empath and intuitive that has been working doing massage therapy, care taking, and energy healing. At first I thought my sensitivity was a curse. I would isolate and feel very depleted and distressed after being exposed to absorbing others emotions and negativity, I would turn to unhealthy coping mechanisms to blunt the severity and numb myself. I am sharing this information and offering methods and strategies to help my other fellow empaths, sensitives, and healers.
